Our Returns Policy
At Yes 2 Pets LTD, we want you to be happy with every purchase you make. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Returns Window
• You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013).
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
2. How to Return an Item
• Please contact us at admin@yes2pets.com before sending any items back.
• Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the product.
• You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned product.
• Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Non-Refundable & Custom Orders
• Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. Please ensure all details are correct before placing a custom order.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as opened pet food, grooming products, or bedding) cannot be returned unless faulty.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Exchanges
• Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
